This Thermalloy® mini stock pot from Browne has a capacity of 15 ounces and is constructed of durable 18/10 stainless steel. It is 4″ in diameter with an overall length of 8.25″ and includes a lid. This stock pot features riveted handles and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources. This tri‐ply stainless steel cookware features a bottom layer of stainless steel, a mid layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy for superior thermal conductivity.
